 Description.

Approx 12 prawns per box, 50 to 70 grams per prawn. perfect size for the grill or BBQ. Deep frozen at sea right when they are caught assuring their quality and flavour remains intact. These wild prawns taste like a mix between a lobster and a prawn. Firm and delicious!

They are caught in the cold waters off Argentina's Patagonia. The fishery is well managed, with strict seasonal captures to preserve this natural resource.

They are very appreciated throughout the Mediterranean countries. They are ideal for BBQ; and also over a hot pan or in a paella, They need just a few minutes of medium/high heat. Add a dab of garlic butter and flaky sea salt.

Keep frozen at -18˚C or less. There is no added water. Use by: See date on package. Once defrosted do not refreeze.  Cook before eating.
