Gamba Roja - Alistado - Red Prawn

Gamba roja atlantica, also known as Atlantic Red Shrimp, is a flavourful prawn that lives in the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea. It's a popular ingredient in Spanish cuisine and is often used in paella and rice dishes. 

The gambas rojas from Denia town are most famous among gastronomy lovers. This is partly due to 3 Michelin star chef Quique Dacosta and his restaurant in Denia.
