Red Prawn - Gamba Roja - Alistado - COMING SOON

Red Shrimp, known is Spain as "Gamba Roja" or "Alistado", is a flavourful prawn that lives in the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean. It's a very popular and demanded ingredient in Spanish cuisine and is often used in paella and rice dishes. 

The gambas rojas from Denia town are most famous among gastronomy lovers. This is partly due to 3 Michelin star chef Quique Dacosta and his restaurant in Denia.
